What You'll Need

Valid security guard licence
Current licence for the province where you'll work (e.g., Ontario security guard licence under the PSISA). We can point new applicants to approved training providers.

Clean background check
A clear criminal record check, and legal eligibility to work in Canada.

First aid & CPR-C
Current certification — or willingness to complete it during onboarding (we run regular paid courses).

Professional communication
Clear spoken and written English; French and other languages are an asset on many posts.
